IF your hair is delayed strictly NO REFUND, If the courier Company couldn’t get hold of you then send back the hair to warehouse NO REFUND, If the product you receive is not as described OR wrong order, the seller promises that you may return it before using the hair and you will receive a refund. Pat Classic hair products/hair don’t have a warranty and guarantee once they’ve been used, cut, worn or colored. So if you’re unhappy with a  product, please don’t use it. Place it back in the packaging it came in, with the labels intact, and contact us immediately.we will charge 5% for Admin if the hair is not used after we received it, thank you
